Returns and Refund Policy

Tea Oasis – Effective April 20, 2026

At Tea Oasis, we want you to love every sip. Because our teas are premium, natural, and carefully packaged for freshness, we have a clear and fair return policy designed to protect both you and the quality of our products.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order. The return window is based on the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

2. What Can Be Returned

  • Unopened and unused tea pouches
  • Products in their original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact
  • Items in resaleable condition (no tears, stains, or signs of use)

3. What Cannot Be Returned

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or partially used tea pouches (for hygiene and freshness reasons)
  • Products that have been brewed or consumed
  • Any item that has been damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling
  • Personalized or custom orders (we do not currently offer these)
  • Orders shipped more than 30 days ago

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will happily:

  • Send a free replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund (including original shipping cost)

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product).

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the cost and safe return of the package.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Tea Oasis is not liable for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

7. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@teaoasis.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the product is damaged)
  1. We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
  2. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.

8. Store Credit Option

If you prefer, we can issue a full store credit (valid for 12 months) instead of a refund. This is often the fastest option.
